Overview The future is yours to shape. The Role We're looking for a Quantitative Trader (Crypto)to join our trading and research team. You'll help design, test, and deploy systematic strategies in digital asset markets, combining data-driven research with practical execution. You'll work closely with engineers and quants to refine models, manage risk, and identify new opportunities across both centralized and decentralized venues. Responsibilities Research, develop, and backtest quantitative crypto trading strategies Analyze market and on-chain data to identify patterns and inefficiencies Implement and monitor live strategies, optimizing for execution and risk Collaborate with the team to improve systems and workflows Stay informed on emerging trends in crypto markets and DeFi Requirements Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field 2–5 years of experience in trading, research, or systematic strategy development Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Rust Understanding of crypto market structure, liquidity, and trading dynamics Self‐directed and comfortable working independently in a distributed environment Nice to Have Prior experience running live crypto strategies Knowledge of DeFi protocols and on‐chain analytics Experience with machine learning or statistical modeling Familiarity with exchange APIs and trading infrastructure What We Offer Base salary: SGD 160,000 – 200,000 per year Performance‐based bonus Fully remote work with flexible hours (Singapore timezone preferred)Health insurance for Singapore‐based employees Annual training and development budget A lean, results‐focused environment where ideas turn into production fast Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‐time Job function Finance and Sales If this sounds like a fit, we'd love to hear from you.
