Job Title: Marketing Campaign Coordinator

We're seeking a skilled Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll play a crucial role in planning and executing dynamic marketing campaigns for our events.

Your primary responsibilities will include:


• Collaborating with event managers to develop and execute exhibit and visitor marketing campaigns.
• Creating compelling content for emails, websites, social media, collaterals, and other marketing materials.
• Driving visitor and delegate acquisition through targeted strategies and data-led approaches.
• Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing based on metrics such as open rates, clicks, and conversions.
• Managing databases to maximize outreach and engagement.
• Taking ownership of event websites and social media channels to boost visibility and reach.
• Planning and scheduling content for email and social media.
• Liaising with external partners to ensure timely and on-brand delivery.
• Reaching out to media and industry partnerships to amplify event visibility.
• Working closely with speakers, exhibitors, and partners to support their marketing needs.
• Managing the end-to-end registration process, from setup to onsite operations.
• Ensuring all marketing activities run smoothly, on time, and within budget.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a highly motivated individual with the following qualifications and skills:


• 1-2 years of experience in B2B or events marketing, digital events, or similar fields.
• A professional marketing qualification or related degree.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Illustrator.
• Hands-on experience with social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM, CMS, and email marketing tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).
• Good analytical skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable plans.
• Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• A strong communicator and collaborative team player.
• Curious, self-motivated, and always eager to learn.
• Experience in advanced tech industries is a bonus, but not essential - we'll provide training.
