Role:
Sales Coordinator (Engineering / Up to $3000)
  • $2500 - $3000
  • Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 6pm
  • Office: Pandan Road Singapore (Clementi)
  • Transport: We have company bus departing from Clementi MRT station at around 8.10a.m to bring staff to our office, and also a return company bus trip back to Clementi in the evening.
Responsibilities
  • To assist manager in preparing and providing sales quotation respond to enquiries
  • To liaise work sheet and assist manager in distribution of work
  • To administrate on inspector certification and all other relevant documentations
  • To administrate on inspector mob / demob requirement for project specific related matters
  • To administrate source of suppliers on inspection department consumables and tools
  • To coordinate all administrative process in relation to work
  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by manager.
