Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth for Luye’s product portfolio, reporting directly to the Regional Commercial Manager. Formulate and review the annual brand plan 2–3 times per year. Lead the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives aligned with the company’s commercial objectives. Support the superior in conducting business development assessments and sales analyses for potential in-licensing or out-licensing opportunities. Market Intelligence & Business Planning Develop a comprehensive understanding of the target market, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Provide market intelligence and timely feedback to the Regional Manager to support accurate forecasting and strategic planning. Identify and pursue tender opportunities to achieve business targets. Ensure optimal execution of strategic plans through a well-defined territory action plan. Sales Execution & Field Activities Responsible for full-cycle commercial execution, including generating sales and conducting daily field visits to targeted healthcare professionals in line with the agreed segmentation and targeting strategy. Dedicate approximately 80% of working hours to field activities, focusing on visits to key hospitals, clinics, and doctors as per the territory call plan. Achieve a daily target of eight calls per full day for LPSG. Monitor, analyse, and report on sales performance against set targets on a weekly and monthly basis. Build and sustain meaningful engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other influential stakeholders within the relevant therapeutic areas. Execute marketing plans and promotional activities, including Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions and speaker programmes within the ethical channel. Evaluate and manage the return on investment (ROI) of all promotional and engagement activities. Marketing & Brand Implementation Implement brand strategies effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum efficiency in coverage, segmentation, and targeting within the assigned territory. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, Medical, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer support. Data, Reporting & CRM Management Maintain accurate, timely records in the CRM system (Cube), ensuring data integrity for customer profiles, visit documentation, and follow-ups. Prepare and present reports on sales progress, market developments, and competitor activities. Professional Development & Learning Continuously update knowledge of product information, therapeutic advancements, and selling techniques through regular training and professional development. Ad Hoc & Cross-Functional Responsibilities Demonstrate agility and resourcefulness by undertaking ad hoc assignments and supporting broader business priorities beyond core responsibilities when required. Take ownership of urgent or special projects assigned by the direct superior, demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset. Qualifications & Requirements Good learning attitude, agile and adaptable to changing and uncertain environment. Minimum 2-3 years sales experiences in Pharma industry, Singapore. Previous exposure in the therapeutic areas of CNS, Neurology or Cardiovascular are added advantage. Bachelor’s degree holder Fluent in English and Mandarin.
