Senior IT Project Manager

As a seasoned IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrades, and enhancement projects from initiation to closure. This involves collaborating with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
Key responsibilities include overseeing system integration, data migration, testing, and user acceptance to ensure seamless ERP deployment. You will also define and track project milestones, deliverables, and risks, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.
To ensure the success of your projects, you will need to manage vendors and third-party solution providers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service-level agreements. Additionally, you will drive change management initiatives, including training and user adoption strategies.
Your expertise in ERP modules such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing is essential in this role. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is required, along with proven experience as an IT Project Manager.
A strong track record in ERP implementation projects is preferred, particularly with systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar. PMP/Prince2/Agile certification is also highly valued.
