About the role
A & T Waste Haulage Services Pte Ltd, a leading waste management company in the West Region, is seeking an experienced HookLift Driver to join our team. This full-time role is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of waste materials using specialised hookloader vehicles. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in supporting our operations and contributing to the company's waste management solutions.
What you'll be doing
Operate and maintain hookloader trucks in a safe and responsible manner
Load, transport, and unload waste materials at designated collection and disposal sites
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle roadworthiness
Adhere to all relevant traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
Maintain accurate records of waste collection and disposal activities
Assist with other tasks as required to support the waste management operations
What we2 E2re looking for
Valid Heavy Vehicle Driver's License with HookLift endorsement
Minimum 2 years' experience operating hookloader vehicles in the waste management or related industry
Strong knowledge of traffic regulations and safety best practices
Excellent driving skills and ability to manoeuvre large vehicles in tight spaces
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Physically fit and able to perform physical labour as required
