R **It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing****Job Description*** Key support in execution-related matters including but not limited to fundraising, M&A or other corporate transactions. This is inclusive of certain processes within these transactions, such as identifying priority areas for M&A, support in sourcing opportunities, execution of various streams of market and financial due diligence (both incoming and outgoing), as well as creating presentation materials for internal and external consumption.* Support the team in defining group strategy and new ventures and partner with relevant business units to drive market insights and competitive intelligence, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.* Assist in delivery of recommendations to working teams that shape the company and its strategy by coordinating market research and synthesizing findings.* Cultivate relationships with working team members across the organization.* Work with functional and product teams to track business metrics performance and conduct performance analysis.**Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree from top university.* Minimum 6-10 years of working experience. Work experience in consulting / corporate finance / investment banking is preferred.* Strong financial modeling skills and proficient in developing effective presentation decks to senior management teams.* Excellent project management skills to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects.* Fluid personality to effectively maneuver across various layers of internal and external stakeholders.* Work effectively in dealing with ambiguity.* High curiosity and hunger for innovation.*If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us*locations:
