Job Description & Requirements Want To Be A PSLE Specialist Rockstar? We're looking for a PSLE English, Math and Science Specialist (Permanent Part-Timer) to be well paid based on your value and contributions, rather than your certifications. An Intro To Our Company ISUN was established in 2007 with the goal of igniting the sun in every student. Our founders, WaiSun and Lisu, wanted to bring brightness and positivity into the classroom to help their ISUN warriors unleash their full potential without compromising on time to unwind, and spend time with loved ones. With a student-first approach, we want to put an end to the days of pupils dreading class and taking home mountains of worksheets. Our mission of 'putting the smile back into learning' is what inspired our founders to start the 'Academic Coaching Programme'. Through this programme, our dedicated coaches equip students with answering techniques and secret scoring sheets (S3) to approach examinations more effectively. Similarly, our PSLE Power Revision Programme coaches students on methods to tackle PSLE papers and achieve academic excellence through impactful and memorable experiences. Since its inception in 2008, this programme has been raved about by parents and has prepared our students to approach their examinations with confidence. Through imparting the joy of learning to our students, ISUN has enabled thousands of students to master their subjects with a renewed interest and rekindle a love for learning. Our coaches are driven to go the extra mile for our students; motivating them to strive for excellence and continue to push the boundaries of their learning. ISUN ensures that your child is prepared - not just for exams, but also for the future. To date, we have more than 90% happy students and parents who attain transformation or AL3 & above or changing their entire life. Even during the challenging COVID period with lessons going online, we've kept 100% of our students onboard. And we're looking for our next high performer to join us. You can see what a small fraction of our ISUN parents and students say about us: HOW LIFE IS GONNA LOOK LIKE FOR YOU Although you'll be only working with us on a part time basis, you are invited and will be connected to the ISUN team in our social events such as company lunch and celebrations (CNY dinner, coaches day dinner, post PSLE celebrations, Christmas parties & more) . You'll learn and connect with our Academic Coaches who have a proven track record with at least 10 years of teaching experiences. If you become that great in what you do, you can have growth in your students referral which means growth in your income You're not going to be a follower in our team, we will constantly contribute and execute ideas that make learning faster, easier and fun for the greatest change in results for the ISUN students. You can expect yourself to go further into coaching rather than just being an academic specialist in years to come if you are truly passionate in making a change in this industry. A huge question that's always asked is "what are the working hours?". It's just your teaching slots and 2-3 hours for preparation before classes. At the start, you have to commit your time for the training so that you can transform students easily with a snap of a finger So if you want to join a team that doesn't treat you like "just-another-staff", instead, if you want to be treated like a precious member of a small team - you'd be a good fit for us.
