About the role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in bridging sales and technical functions. Your main responsibility will be to design scalable, high-impact solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. Your work will shape client engagement, support market expansion, and ensure successful implementation of our technologies. Job Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison to partners, leading major cross-functional business and technology design decisions. Provide technical presales leadership across regions, supporting regional sales pipelines. Deliver compelling demos and solution presentations to demonstrate Igloo's product value and attract clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize and implement solutions for strategic clients. Oversee solution design and delivery across multiple product lines and distribution channels. Translate business needs and customer pain points into detailed product requirements and user stories for internal teams. Coordinate and complete RFPs, gathering inputs from stakeholders, crafting responses, and ensuring timely submissions. Ensure successful production deployment and system integration. 7+ years in solution architecture, presales, or similar client-facing technical roles, preferably within enterprise SaaS, Insurance, Insurtech, or Fintech sectors. Proven ability to build scalable presales operations and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Strong track record of successful enterprise implementations and client engagement in multi-market settings. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
