Role Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and submitting sales invoices to customers
  • Processing payments (GIRO, FAST & etc) to vendors
  • Perform data entry for invoices (sales/purchases/expenses), payments and receipts
  • Assist in month-end closing
  • Maintain proper and systematic filing of documents
  • Handle general administrative matters to ensure smooth office operations
  • Handle customers' inquiries & requests accordingly via phone calls or emails
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of GCE "N" level, Nitec, or equivalent.
  • Good attitude and written/spoken communication skills (English and Mandarin)
  • Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook & etc)
  • Knowledge of the AUTOCOUNT Accounting System will be an advantage
  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice
  • Entry level applicants are welcome to apply as on-the-job training will be provided
