TikTok Shop's Risk Control Platform is a global team dedicated to ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for our buyers, sellers, and creators. We focus on areas such as risk detection capabilities, fairness, and sustainability of the E-Commerce ecosystem, content, and commodity quality, and friction-free experiences to drive improvement. Responsibilities Design and develop scalable backend systems and algorithms for fraud detection and prevention. Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers and other cross functional teams to integrate risk control solutions into the platform. Evaluate existing risk control processes and technologies, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies and methodologies to enhance fraud prevention capabilities. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of backend systems to ensure reliability and performance under varying loads. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices in risk control and fraud detection. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or related discipline. Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on risk control or anti-fraud solutions. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, Python, or Java. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working on risk control or anti-fraud solutions in the e-commerce industry. Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
