As we expand our cutting-edge cryptocurrency exchange, we're seeking problem-solvers to fine-tune our exchange system, delivering speedy transactions with reliability. We are hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to investigate and resolve technical issues, develop, manage, and reinvent internal tools supporting our high-load real-time production systems. You will collaborate with our Dev, QA, and DevOps teams to drive innovation and ensure operational stability. This is a full-time remote position, with candidates in European and APAC time zones preferred. Responsibilities Investigate performance issues thoroughly and assist in their long-term resolution. Review architecture decisions and recommend process improvements. Create and enhance innovative, high-quality tools to address operational challenges. Evaluate new technology options and vendor products, ensuring system security through best-in-class solutions. Requirements Solid foundation in Rust, with experience in monitoring and supporting large-scale production systems. Deep understanding of systems and network engineering. Experience with large-scale distributed environments on AWS. Proficiency in Linux environments. Clear, logical communication skills in English. Optional Skills Familiarity with tools like Docker, Nginx, Prometheus, Grafana, etc. Experience with backend JavaScript (Node.js or Deno). Experience with time series databases.
