Job Title:

Senior Firmware Engineer

  • We are seeking a seasoned firmware professional to lead our embedded systems development team.

About the Role:

This key engineering position involves designing, developing, and maintaining low-level firmware for ARM and FPGA-based embedded platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in C/C++ programming languages, with additional experience in Python for scripting and testing.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing firmware testing infrastructure, including unit testing, integration testing, and CI support. Strong experience with ARM architectures (e.g., Cortex-A/M) and SoC platforms is also required.

This role also requires guiding and mentoring junior engineers, performing technical reviews, and helping grow team capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in firmware or embedded software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Proficient in C/C++, with additional experience in Python for scripting and testing.
  • Strong experience with ARM architectures (e.g., Cortex-A/M) and SoC platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with secure embedded systems: secure boot, encryption, key management.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threat models, and countermeasures.
