Plumbing and Sanitary BIM Modeller Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeller (Plumbing & Sanitary) to create accurate 3D BIM models for plumbing and sanitary systems in building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Accurate BIM Models: Create detailed 3D models of plumbing and sanitary systems using Revit or relevant software.
  • Preparing Drawings: Produce coordination drawings and shop drawings for construction purposes.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with engineers, consultants, and other trades to resolve clashes and ensure smooth project coordination.
  • Model Updates: Assist in updating models throughout the design and construction stages.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local codes and project requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience: Possess at least 3 years of experience in BIM modelling for plumbing and sanitary systems.
  • Proficiency in Software: Be proficient in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with Codes and Standards: Familiar with Singapore building codes and standards.
  • Strong Teamwork and Attention to Detail: Possess strong attention to detail and good teamwork skills.
