Collaborate with cross-functional teams-developers, analysts, and business stakeholders-to understand client requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions. Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications, ensuring adherence to industry best practices. Support Business Analysts in documenting requirements, creating models, and preparing use cases and user stories. Engage in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and workshops to continuously enhance technical and analytical skills. Work on real-world projects across various domains to contribute to client success, gaining practical experience in development, analysis, and solution delivery. Receive mentorship from experienced professionals across AI, development, and business analysis disciplines. Qualifications: Recent graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and software design principles. Demonstrated interest or exposure to Java, web development technologies, and basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts. Basic programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages. Familiarity with web development tools and frameworks; knowledge of Business Analysis techniques and documentation is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
