Description Overview Seeking individuals who are passionate, vibrant, and would like to join a team to bring a leading international school to even greater heights. The Student Recruitment Officer is required to work within the scope of Student Admissions Services and support our after school Enrichment Program activities. These include the management of student recruitment functions such as providing course counselling to international families seeking admissions in our esteemed school; conducting campus tours; explaining the OFS Master Policy of being a happy, safe, and effective school. In addition, this job would require quick thinking individuals who are able to cater to different families as they come from a diverse educational background. For after school Enrichment Program activities and Holiday Camps, the candidate should be able to support the team by assisting families in the application of activities, coordinating and running the camps, and doing ad-hoc activities like supervision of activities to make sure that every child is safe. Being tech savvy and possessing great interpersonal skills would be a great asset. Specific Responsibilities Organise the admissions process with potential OFS families (including but not limited to arranging school tours or offering to do a virtual meetup if families are not in Singapore)Manage applications by compiling admission documents and making follow up requests for outstanding documents. Conducting school tours with families with utmost professionalism and empathy. Providing after-support to families post-admissions. Maintain strict confidentiality of all documents and data of our families. Being a team player and working in good cooperation with other team members. Perform other duties as assigned by the Admissions Director. Required Qualifications Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline required 3 years experience in Admissions, marketing, or service industry Ability be work fast and under pressure during peak times High proficiency in written and spoken English and ability in other languages will be advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
