The Onshore Banking Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining high-value client relationships by delivering bespoke financial solutions, wealth management services, and exceptional relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with high-net-worth clients to understand their unique financial objectives and provide tailored banking and investment solutions.
  • Grow the portfolio of high-net-worth clients through referrals, targeted marketing activities, and personal networks.
  • Provide comprehensive financial guidance on wealth management, insurance, deposits, and investment products.
  • Regularly review client portfolios and conduct thorough financial needs analysis to identify opportunities for cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with product specialists to deliver holistic financial solutions that meet client needs.
  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and risk frameworks.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and economic developments to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Meet individual sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, priority/premier banking, or relationship management.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, financial planning, investments, and insurance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Relevant certifications in finance and compliance.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales and client retention targets.
