Roles & Responsibilities Details : 5 Days Work: 7.30am to 5.00pm Tuas (Accessible from MRT) Bonus Career Progression Jobscope : Record and verify staff overtime hours based on manager schedules and submit for approval. Prepare simple management reports, such as monthly overtime summaries and admin supply usage. Manage distribution of uniforms and kitchen shoes to new staff, ensuring adequate stock levels. Prepare operational documents, including laminated signage, delivery orders (DO), and other admin materials. Coordinate with HR on staff onboarding, documentation, transfers, and resignations. Distribute internal communications such as memos or announcements to kitchen staff. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager or immediate supervisor.
