Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach Opportunity
Are you a highly skilled and experienced coach looking to make a difference in the world of rhythmic gymnastics? We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs tailored to various age groups and levels, from grassroots to competitive squads. They will also develop long-term athlete development pathways, integrating physical conditioning, artistry, and performance excellence. Additionally, they will introduce innovative methodologies, integrating best practices from rhythmic gymnastics and dance disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Leadership & Development:

    • Design and implement comprehensive training programs

    • Develop long-term athlete development pathways

    • Introduce innovative methodologies
  • Athlete Development & Performance:

    • Mentor and guide athletes to achieve their full potential

    • Provide individualised feedback and performance evaluations

    • Lead athletes in preparation for competitions, showcases, and examinations
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Build strong relationships with parents, school representatives, and partner organisations

    • Represent the academy at official events, courses, and national/international competitions
  • Team & Organisational Contribution:

    • Collaborate with fellow coaches to align training philosophies

    • Contribute to strategic planning, talent identification, and the academy's long-term growth initiatives

    • Uphold safety standards, safeguarding policies, and ensure a supportive training environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of rhythmic gymnastics coaching experience, with competitive coaching experience preferred
  • Strong background in rhythmic gymnastics or ballet/dance
  • Demonstrate ability to plan structured training programs and manage multiple athletes
  • Experience in leading athletes at competitions, events, and workshops
  • Coaching certifications and first aid/safety training will be advantageous
