Job Opportunity:
The role of Academic Professional is an exciting opportunity for educators to make a positive impact on the lives of students.
About the Position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum, engaging students and maintaining a positive learning environment. This includes setting, assessing and marking assessments and examinations, as well as supporting and monitoring students' progress. The ideal candidate will have excellent classroom management skills, ability to motivate and engage students, and excellent communication skills and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and prepare lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum
  • Set, assess and mark assessments and examinations
  • Support and monitor students' progress
  • Responsible for assigned subjects, supervise and support students
  • Maintain a positive learning environment
  • Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student development
  • Actively participate in school activities or events if required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Professional teaching qualification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Cambridge curriculum
  • Ex-MOE teachers are encouraged and welcome to apply
  • Excellent classroom management skills and ability to motivate and engage students
  • Excellent communication skills and organisational skills
  • Passion in teaching and commitment to student success
