Korean Noodle Shop - Hiring Manager (Yishun Northpoint Mall) We are expanding and are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Korean Noodle Shop, Yishun Northpoint Mall .(Opening date) Oct 2025 (Position) Restaurant Manager (Full-time) (Key Responsibilities) Oversee daily restaurant and kitchen operations Manage and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control Work closely with management to meet sales targets and improve operations (Working Conditions) Location: Yishun Northpoint Mall Work Schedule: 6 days per week (including weekends and public holidays on rotation) Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience (Requirements) At least 2 years of F&B management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Korean or Asian cuisine operations is a plus
