Roles & Responsibilities Tenancy Administration Assistant Nearest MRT Station: Novena MRT station Contract: 11 months Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday)8.30am - 5.30pm (Friday)Salary: $14 per hour Position overview We are seeking a dependable and methodical Tenancy Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to the Contract Lead and tenancy officers. The successful candidate will manage tenant communications, maintain tenancy records, and support routine administrative processes to ensure accurate and timely tenancy administration. Key responsibilities Liaise with tenants to request, collect, scan and file tenancy-related documents in a timely manner. Maintain and update tenant and property records; produce and issue invoices on request. Monitor expiry dates for tenancies, guarantees and insurance documents and escalate renewals as required. Monitor tenants’ monthly GTO submissions and assist in preparing variable rent computations. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support the team’s operational needs. Specific Requirements Minimum GCE A Level or equivalent; Diploma holders encouraged to apply. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong attention to detail, organised approach to documentation and record-keeping. Effective verbal and written communication skills; comfortable liaising with tenants. Collaborative team player with a proactive and reliable work ethic. Immediate availability preferred.
