Our client, a leading Real Estate company, is seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to join their team as a Finance Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both Financial Reporting and Financial Planning functions. He/She should be able prepare financial reports, perform tax compliance processes and prepare entity level budget and forecasts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare timely monthly and half-yearly management reports for subsidiaries/other entities, ensuring compliance with relevant financial reporting standards and group policies.
Conduct financial analysis of entity-level results.
Supervise the AR & AP team’s daily operations and provide assistance as needed.
Oversee credit control functions for entity-level receivables and review credit control reports.
Prepare annual financial statements for subsidiaries/other entities for external auditors’ issuance and annual filing with ACRA.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors, escalating audit and accounting issues to supervisors.
Manage tax compliance processes and prepare reports for submission (corporate tax, GST, property tax, withholding tax, etc.).
Assist in ensuring adherence to applicable laws and accounting standards.
Coordinate and liaise with internal departments for the annual budget preparation for subsidiaries/other entities.
Prepare entity-level budgets and forecasts, conduct financial analysis, and compile management reports for submission.
Monitor actual performance against budget and implement corrective actions when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications.
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a full set of accounts.
Proactive and detail-oriented.
Able to multitask and perform well under pressure.
Capable of working independently and collaborating effectively as part of a team.
Experience with SAP S4 Hana FICO/Rise is preferred.
