In This Role, You're Expected to: Assist the senior manager in monitoring all daily Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Conduct thorough reviews of ETF operational activities to guarantee consistent delivery of services with high standards of accuracy and timeliness, strictly adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Manage daily task allocation for the ETF Operations team, ensuring adequate resource distribution and real‐time monitoring of task completion status. Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding ETF operational inquiries, managing expectations and delivering timely, accurate resolutions and communications. Lead ETF fund launches projects, reviewing critical documentation such as Operating Guidelines, Authorized Participant Agreements and Fund Prospectuses, performing system setups and testing sample reports, ensuring smooth, successful launches and providing regular updates to management. Lead Change Request and ad‐hoc projects, ensuring a full understanding of the requirements and offering solutions aligned with our standard product offerings. Assist with audit‐related requests and queries from internal audit and external SOC audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Participate in technology enhancements, providing input for operational efficiencies, addressing production issues, and contributing to new functionality development. Proactively ensure timely escalation of all production issues, maintain strict adherence to Citi's operational policies and procedures, conduct thorough issue analysis, documentation, management reporting, and impact assessments. Desired Skills and Exposure Proficiency Proficiency in ETF operations' processes, including Portfolio Composition File (PCF), ETF Creation/Redemption order, AP Confirm report, and ETF Units settlement. Knowledge of ETF's primary market and fund service workflows, including fundamentals of fund accounting, listed registry, and custody workflow. Proficiency in Excel. Analytical & Problem‐Solving Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex data, identify discrepancies, and troubleshoot operational issues efficiently. Proven ability in exception management, including root‐cause analysis and implementing effective solutions. Process Orientation & Control Strong understanding and application of internal control frameworks, particularly segregation of duties. Ability to meticulously follow SOPs and adapt to process changes. Communication & Collaboration Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with Fund Managers, Participant Dealers, internal teams, and other stakeholders. Ability to clearly articulate complex operational issues and solutions. Organizational Skills Strong organizational and time‐management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple workflows in a fast‐paced environment.
