Roles & Responsibilities Location : Marymount, Singapore We are seeking a dedicated Weekday Student Care Teacher and Centre Lead to join our dynamic team If you are passionate about education, capable of managing customer relationships, and interested in contributing to a growing tuition center, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Teaching Support and Customer Service: Relief English and Chinese classes when required Respond to customer inquiries via email, social media, and messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram). Address customer concerns and provide accurate, timely solutions to build and maintain customer satisfaction. Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary. Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system. Marketing Support: Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, including creating and scheduling social media posts. Monitor and engage with customers on social media platforms to enhance brand visibility. Conduct basic research for market trends, competitors, and audience engagement strategies. Support the creation of simple marketing materials such as newsletters, flyers, and basic graphics (training can be provided if necessary). Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of customer queries and sales leads. Assist in managing online advertising responses and coordinating follow-ups. Provide regular updates and reports on customer feedback and campaign results.
