Through our e‐commerce platforms, we serve corporate clients across Singapore with a variety of platters and bentos for meetings, seminars, and corporate events. In addition, we specialize in bespoke setup catering and festive gifting , offering thoughtfully curated menus and seasonal treats. Our Central Kitchen is the heart of our operations — where our talented culinary team crafts the quality food that defines the All Things Delicious experience. Position Summary The Chef de Partie (CDP) is responsible for preparing, cooking, and overseeing the central kitchen's production line. This role ensures consistent food quality, proper portioning, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards. The CDP supports the central kitchen's mission of producing high-quality food items for our restaurant outlet and catering functions. Key Responsibilities Prepare and produce dishes or components as per standardized recipes and production plans. Maintain consistency, taste, and presentation across all food items. Supervise and train Commis Chefs and Kitchen Assistants within the assigned section. Ensure all mise-en-place is prepared accurately and on time for daily production schedules. Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to meet production targets. Monitor stock levels, record wastage, and report shortages promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment following HACCP and food safety standards. Assist in packaging, labeling, and storing finished products appropriately. Participate in quality checks to ensure items meet brand and client standards. Support in menu trials, new product development, and improvement of existing recipes. Qualifications & Skills Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent. Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a CDP in a high-volume kitchen, preferably a central kitchen or catering setup. Strong knowledge of production systems, batch cooking, and cold/hot kitchen operations. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Familiar with food safety regulations and HACCP standards. Team-oriented, with good communication and leadership abilities.
