Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the stakeholders to understand project requirements, define test objectives, and create test plans and test cases.
  • Execute test cases, logging and analyzing the results for each test case
  • Identify, report and document defects from the testing to track for closure
  • Continuously enhance testing processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing.
  • Function as a key point of contact for escalation on system issues reported and perform second level investigation
  • Handle enquiries, feedback, and abnormalities for continuous improvement post-go-live of features

Skills/Requirement

  • ITC/Diploma/Degree in engineering/Computer Science / IT/ from a recognized education institution
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing
  • Experience in executing test cases, logging and analyzing the results for each test case
