Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional individual to provide top-notch support to a distinguished executive and their family. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing household affairs, coordinating schedules, and handling confidential matters with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Household Management: Oversee all household operations, including cleanliness, maintenance, and organization.
  • Schedule Coordination: Assist with children's schedules, organize family events, and manage household purchases.
  • Administrative Support: Manage the executive's calendar, prepare meeting agendas, and take minutes as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex schedules.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and discretion when handling confidential matters.
  • Ability to lead, supervise, and coordinate household staff effectively.
  • Flexible with working hours and able to travel internationally at short notice.
