We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Pega Application Developer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing Level 2 (L2) support for mission-critical applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with a minimum of 2–3 years of relevant working experience in Pega or Java. They will also be familiar with Agile or DevOps environments and possess knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, database queries, and application logs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve L2 production incidents promptly to minimize business impact.
  • Design, build, and implement enhancements and change requests within the Pega platform.
  • Develop and execute unit, integration, and UAT test cases to ensure stability and quality.
  • Package and deploy Pega applications and hotfixes across environments following established release processes.
  • Partner with L1 support, business users, and business architects to identify issues and deliver effective solutions.
  • Perform system health checks, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with security and audit standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in Pega or Java.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Experience in Agile or DevOps environments.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, database queries, and application logs.

Mandatory Skillsets

  • Familiarity with Pega PRPC platform.
  • Knowledge of Java, HTML, CSS, or SQL.
  • Understanding of interface integration methods is an advantage.
