Head of AI We're looking for a Head of AI to lead strategy, research, and innovation across our artificial intelligence initiatives. This is a senior leadership role that combines deep technical expertise with the vision to shape AI capabilities that drive business impact. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the company's AI strategy, aligning research and product development with long-term business goals. Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI researchers. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI models across areas such as computer vision, NLP, recommendation systems, and generative AI. Partner with product and engineering leadership to integrate AI-driven insights into core business platforms. Evaluate new AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance scalability and performance. Represent the AI function in executive discussions, driving thought leadership and collaboration across the organization. Key Requirements Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in AI/ML research and application, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership capacity. Proven track record of building and deploying scalable AI systems in production environments. Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, etc.) and modern LLM/Vision‐Language architectures. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into business outcomes. Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
