About the Role We are seeking a highly driven and resourceful Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent across various business functions including operations, supply chain, marketing, technology, and commercial. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced, evolving environment and enjoys collaborating with business leaders to shape hiring strategies that fuel rapid organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and job requirements. Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract high‐caliber candidates through online platforms, referrals, networking, and proactive headhunting. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from role briefing, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, to onboarding. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles. Drive employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to continuously improve time‐to‐fill, cost‐per‐hire, and hiring quality. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure smooth workforce planning and alignment with business goals. Stay abreast of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities. Coach and mentor junior recruiters to strengthen the recruitment team’s capabilities. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of end‐to‐end recruitment experience , preferably within the FMCG, retail, or e‐commerce industry. Proven success in hiring for both corporate and frontline roles in a fast‐moving business environment. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders. Hands‐on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools. Proactive, adaptable, and results‐oriented, with a passion for finding the right talent. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus, as this role requires communication with Mandarin‐speaking stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
