Job Title:

The Senior Data Annotation Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and labeling Personally Identifiable Information (PII) within machine translation projects. This role involves meticulously checking content for sensitive data and applying appropriate labels to ensure compliance and data privacy standards are met.

This specialist will work within a defined workflow to enhance the accuracy and security of translated materials. The minimum commitment for this temporary role is 40 hours per week.

Main Responsibilities:

  • PII Identification and Labeling: Thoroughly review machine-translated text to identify and label all instances of Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
  • Data Annotation: Accurately apply predefined labels to identified PII segments within the provided annotation interface.
  • Workflow Adherence: Follow established project workflows and instructions diligently to ensure consistency and quality in annotation.
  • Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all data privacy regulations and project-specific security protocols.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Diploma holder & above.
  • Experience in data review, content moderation, or a similar field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow documented instructions and adapt to new guidelines.
  • Able to use web-based tools and interfaces for data entry and annotation.
  • Good command of the Native language (Vietnamese).
