About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and versatile MarComms Strategist to join our team. This role requires strong business acumen, creativity, and the ability to transform complex or technical content into engaging, relevant communications. You’ll work directly with clients and stakeholders to design and deliver communication strategies that inspire, inform, and drive impact. Responsibilities Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives and communication needs. Translate client briefs and technical content into clear, engaging, and business-relevant communications. Deliver a range of communication outputs including internal communications campaigns, townhall/leadership event content, newsletters and bulletins, workshop design and facilitation support, and change management communications. Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met. Advise on communication best practices and coach stakeholders to achieve maximum impact. Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent tone, messaging, and brand alignment. Qualifications & Skills 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or strategy roles. Experience working in B2B and/or healthcare sectors preferred. Strong business understanding and the ability to align communications with organizational goals. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills—able to make dry or complex content engaging. Confident working directly with clients and senior stakeholders. Self-starter with strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable with workshop facilitation and supporting change management initiatives.
