Role & Responsibilities: Monitoring and assessing the Company's personal data protection policies and practices, to ensure compliance with the PDPA. This includes identifying risks associated with the collection, use, disclosure and storage of personal data understand their impact and propose measures to manage these risks Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to legal standards and internal policies. Coordinate with various department heads to enforce compliance protocols throughout the organization. Manage and deliver compliance projects, ensuring they meet set timelines and budgets. Provide training and guidance to company staff regarding compliance best practices and new regulations.
