Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. The Successful Applicant A successful Business Analyst should have: Proven experience in business analysis within the insurance industry. Strong understanding of technology-driven solutions and their applications. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and functional specifications. Familiarity with project management principles and tools. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
