Prepare and review main M&E contracts for RFP bidding process
Attend tender interview with the clients for tender assessment & contract award
Familiar and able to understand general contracts and various tender documents.
Reply to tender clarification, preparation for tender interview and presentation
Review BOQ Measurement and costing sheet to generate quotation for Bidding process by going through with senior management on final costing detail for tenders
Handle and calculate the quantity and costing of the different tender assignments.
Quantifying, budgeting and managing the cost
Technical review on the supplier/contractor quotation or proposal and makes sure that all requirements are complied.
Work together with the procurement team on complex contracts and negotiation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
Support negotiation of contract terms and assessment of contract proposals
Coordinate with the supplier/contractor regarding follow up on bills and quantities
Draft, review and issue contracts and agreements (between customers and the company, with Sub-Contractors and Suppliers)
Analyse progress and prepare
Develop & prepare Variation Order as compared against the original tender
Variation Order negotiating with subcontractors / suppliers for final account closing
