Responsibilities Lead project design and development activities, including equipment selection and sizing, based on customer specifications. Review and understand HVAC scope for tender bidding. Conduct site surveys and measurements; attend pre-bid walkthroughs when necessary. Participate in tender clarification meetings and interviews as required. Collaborate with the Manager to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate with Sales, Customer Consultants, and Management to prepare project proposals, tender submissions, and contractual documentation. Support Sales and Customer Consultants in preparing quotations and following up on service retrofit opportunities. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management. Ensure projects are executed within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with specifications. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or productivity. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for quotations and project requirements. Evaluate supplier quotations and prepare detailed costing sheets. Foster relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Maintain logs of estimates and unit costs for all projects. Prepare and verify Bills of Quantity. Adhere to company policies and safety standards to ensure operational efficiency. Research and recommend new technologies to enhance project execution. Perform any other duties as assigned. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in the HVAC/ACMV industry. Understanding of HVAC systems and components. Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and construction documents. Familiarity with commercial HVAC and mechanical contracting practices. Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
