Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of software solutions from conception to delivery, ensuring they meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Develop and implement front-end and back-end design or function, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and manage timelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in full-stack development.
  • Proven track record of leading software development teams, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript, with experience in frameworks like MEAN/MERN stacks.
  • Strong understanding of database management systems, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services, with a strong focus on security and scalability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
