DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute strategies to strengthen the Company's brand positioning and maintain consistent messaging across internal and external communications channels Develop and implement corporate marketing campaigns that support the Company's strategic goals Manage the Company's digital presence, including corporate website, social media platforms and other online channels, ensuring relevant and timely updates Collaborate with business units in designing and producing marketing collateral Act as the main point of contact for corporate communications, such as media inquiries, public feedback and to address any misinformation Partner with internal stakeholders on employee engagement campaigns and key corporate initiatives, support in the preparation of marketing materials, speeches, feature articles, presentations and official communications as needed Take charge of corporate newsletter by working closely with senior leaders to curate, proofread and edit contents in accordance with internal editorial guidelines and publishing standards Plan and executive corporate events that enhance the Company's brand image, in line with the approved objectives and plans as needed Work with cross functional teams, including the sustainability team and human resource departments to support initiatives related to ESG goals, diversity & inclusion, and community outreach activities Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by the superior REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field 5 years of prior work experience in corporate marketing or communications roles, preferably in medium to large size organization Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms Ability to develop and execute communication strategies aligned with business objectives Strategic thinker with high attention to detail and high level of discretion #J-18808-Ljbffr
