What you will be working on: Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports with analysis and commentary for departments and senior management, highlighting key trends and actionable insights. Coordinate annual external audit and liaise with auditors on audit matters including preparation of statutory financial statements. Liaise with department finance coordinators on financial matters. Prepare quarterly GST submissions in compliance with regulatory standards. Lead the coordination and consolidation of annual budgets/forecasts exercises. Advise departments on financial best practices and support the optimisation of finance workflows and reporting procedures. What we are looking for: We are seeking a proactive and detail‐oriented finance professional to support the CSC's financial reporting, planning, and advisory functions. This individual contributor role blends accounting expertise with forward‐looking financial analysis, enabling data‐driven decision‐making and process optimisation across departments. The candidate will be comfortable working independently, collaborating cross‐functionally, and leveraging digital tools to deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial outputs. At least 4 years of relevant working experience in accounting, financial reporting and management reporting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including using macros for automated report generation and structured data handling. Proficiency in business intelligence applications, such as Power BI or Tableau. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights clearly. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Organised, detail‐oriented, able to work independently. Collaborative team player with the ability to engage effectively within team and across departments. Demonstrate integrity, accountability and commitment to continuous improvement. Public sector experience is encouraged, especially familiarity with government financial frameworks and reporting standards. Budget Planning and Administration. Data Analytics and Visualisation.
