Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced M&E Construction Manager to oversee the design and coordination of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modellers in design and coordination works.
  • Attend technical and site meetings with consultants.
  • Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with consultants and sub-contractors.
  • Interfacing or M&E planning, coordination with consultants and document control.
  • Coordinate construction documents and drawings.
  • Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
  • Inform Project Director/Project Manager on any technical/site problems.
  • Supervise progress of works on site.

Requirements:

  • Degree in M&E recognized by PEB or BCA M&E coordination certificate.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience as M&E Manager in large-scale projects.
  • Highly motivated, independent with excellent team spirit and communication skills.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills/people management skills, good communication skills and negotiation skills.
  • Efficient, good analytical skills and able to work independently.
