Train and educate business teams on how to interpret and utilize data insights effectively
Business-driven data insights and analytics:
Collaborate with stakeholders—including Sales, Marketing, APAC leadership team, and Business Management—to identify key business pain points and define analytical needs.
Translate business challenges into data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.
Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
Dashboard development and performance tracking:
Collect, structure, and visualize data to create meaningful dashboards that drive business value.
Work closely with stakeholders to refine, enhance, and iterate on dashboards based on evolving business needs.
Ensure dashboards provide actionable insights rather than just reporting raw data.
about you
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.
Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a diverse team environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and technologies in the field of data analysis.
