Facility Maintenance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and organized Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment within the facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
  • Ensure restrooms are clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Disinfect surfaces throughout the facility to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and report any needed repairs.
  • Perform specialized tasks such as carpet cleaning, window washing, or deep cleaning services as required.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance.
  • Follow safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Be punctual and reliable in performing duties.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
