We are looking for a General Analyst (Operations) Intern who is looking to grow with us. You will gain broad exposure across the various functions of a fund management firm and the opportunity to drive projects through its entire lifecycle. We welcome all prospective applicants so long as they can commit for at least two months for full-time.

Responsibilities
Create templates and/or automation to streamline existing business processes.
Actively participate in the ongoing updates and enhancements of existing processes and internal controls.
Assist with the preparation and filing of annual regulatory documents for various fund entities.
Assist to document internal fund operations processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
Support the Fund Operations team in researching and designing an in-house portfolio tracking system.
Assist with the annual and ad-hoc Client-Vendor Review Exercise in accordance with Koru's Compliance Policy, ensuring thorough due diligence.
Compile data for compliance and cyber hygiene dashboards to support regulatory adherence.
Work closely with various departments to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Contribute to the management of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retention, supporting HR initiatives.
Formulate and voice independent views regardless of experience.
