Job Description & Requirements Key Responsibilities:• Manage and administer Oracle databases (versions 12c, 19c, and newer) in production and development environments.• Perform advanced database performance tuning, query optimization, and index management.• Design and implement high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and backup strategies (RMAN, Data Guard).• Automate routine database tasks using PL/SQL, Shell scripting, or Ansible.• Apply patches, perform upgrades/migrations (on-prem and cloud), and manage version control.• Implement and enforce database security, roles, and user access controls.• Monitor database health and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.• Provide L3 support for escalated incidents and lead root cause analysis.• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to support application and system integration.• Participate in on-call rotation and support weekend deployments when necessary.• Document architecture, configurations, and procedures for audit and knowledge
