Monthly summary: volume, response time, complaints. Data Entry Update CRM with accurate caller details. Coordination 1-week OJT; collaborate with supervisor Qualifications & RequirementsEducation Minimum ITE Diploma or 3 GCE O-Level passes. Experience Prior experience as a telephone operator or office administrator. Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
