Job Description Get to know the Team As part of the Singapore Operations team, you will help connect Singapore customers to a wide array of merchants, from familiar favourites to emerging stars, through our many delivery partners. Join the Merchant Acquisition team, acquire and grow Grab's merchant network, bringing even more exciting brands, value, and options to eaters in Singapore Get to know the role You will support the Merchant Acquisition Team by tracking market trends and delivering applicable business insights, analysing sales pipeline and conversion data, and optimising processes to increase sales efficiency and growth across several Grab verticals - Grab Food, Dine-Out, Grab Mart, and Grab Pay. You will report to the Director, Commercial, Acquisition & Head of SG Grab Ads. This role will be onsite at Grab office. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform You will lead market research and identify merchant acquisition opportunities across Grab Food, Dine-Out, Grab Mart, and Grab Pay. You will develop and implement sales processes to enhance efficiency throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation to merchant onboarding. You will build comprehensive dashboards by using data from multiple sources to analyze sales performance. You will support the planning and execution of sales incentive schemes to achieve business objectives. You will create detailed and impactful presentations for key meetings to communicate sales strategies and performance metrics. You will collaborate with cross-functional departments on projects. You will manage administrative tasks for the team, including employee management and systems access. Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need You have at least 5+ years of experience in sales planning and operations. Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Management is preferred. Experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Management Consulting, or Strategy roles. Proficiency in excel and powerpoint. Experience in SQL and Python is preferred.
