Position Overview We are looking for a Preschool Teachers who can create a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where every child can grow socially, emotionally, physically and cognitively. The ideal candidate will bring warmth, creativity and professionalism to our learning community. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the school's curriculum framework. Create a safe, positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes exploration and creativity. Observe, assess and document each child's progress to support individual learning goals. Foster open communication with parents and collaborate with colleagues and administrators. Incorporate play-based, sensory and experiential learning strategies. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards. Participate in school events, professional development sessions and team meetings. Qualifications & Requirements Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (or equivalent recognized qualification). Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood setting. Strong understanding of early childhood development principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal and classroom management skills. A nurturing personality, creativity and a genuine love for working with children. CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
