Roles & Responsibilities Job Responsibilities Provide frontline IT support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users, including remote support. Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and network systems to ensure smooth operations. Manage user accounts, access permissions, and implement IT security measures such as antivirus updates and data backups. Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and liaise with vendors on support or warranty matters. Identify process improvements to enhance IT support efficiency and user satisfaction. Job Requirements Diploma or higher in Information Technology or related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or helpdesk operations. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Knowledge of IT security, network administration, and system maintenance best practices.
