- Working Hours: 5days work week (shift work 6am - 12am)
- Transport will be provided for first and last Shift
- Starting Salary: $2,200 - $2,500 + Commission (average $450-$1,250)
The Role:
- Reporting to the Operation Manager.
- Managing day-to-day store operations.
- Delivering an exceptional in-store experience to customers.
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Promote and demonstrate to tourist & walk-in.
- Handle customer inquiries and explain product benefits effectively.
- Manage the POS system, payments, and cash handling.
- Oversee in-store inventory and conduct regular stock checks.
- Coordinate with the back-end office on sales matters.
- Address customer feedback and provide excellent after-sales service.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate daily sales records.
- Ensure the store is clean and well-organized.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level with at least 1- 2 years of retail experience
- Able to commit to shift work retail hours , including weekends & public holidays .
